Join us for the 2018 SHELifts Retreat! This weekend is composed of self-love, training in the gym, mobility drills, yoga, lecture covering nutrition/supplementation, eating disorders/recovery, and all things fitness. The mission of this retreat is to educate and inspire women to feel powerful and surrounded by like minded women that want to thrive in their personal fitness journey. “Lifting” is the common denominator that brings us all together!
SHELifts is a 3 day retreat designed to bring women of all ages and fitness levels together to grow and bond and leave with a renewed sense of confidence in themselves inside and outside the gym!
